Section 333 of Companies Ordinance requires that a non-Hong Kong company must register with the Companies Registry within 1 month after it establishes a place of business in Hong Kong

Non-Hong Kong companies can use our address as their Hong Kong office address

Company Secretary Service: HKD 3,500 / year

Company secretary service can be provided to non-Hong Kong companies, such as submitting the annual return and perform other statutory responsibilities in according with Companies Ordinance
