Company Incorporation Process
Step 1
Fill in the Incorporation Form
- propose English and/or Chinese name
- provide names and addresses of director(s) and shareholder(s)
- provide supporting documents (ie ID/passport copies and address proof)
- provide company address – or use the company secretary’s address
- provide number and capital of issued shares
Step 2
We (company secretary) will prepare the following documents to be commented on and signed:
- Form NNC1 [Companies Registry’s Incorporation Form]
- Articles
- Resolution
- Consent to Act as Director
Step 3
We (company secretary) will submit the following documents to Companies Registry
- Form NNC1
- Articles
- Registration fees
Step 4
10-12 working days after submission, Companies Registry will inform us to collect the certificate of incorporation
Step 5
Order incorporation box (optional – extra charge)
- The box will contain company chop (round and square), share certificates, register book, extra copies of Articles
Step 6
We will issue share certificates to founder member(s) and update registers of directors/members/company secretary/significant controllers.
